Hi

I am a DV2011 DV lottery winner from Burma.

But I am working in singapore with work permit.

What should i fill 13.present address in DS 230 form?

It should be Burma or Singapore address?

Does it need to be the same address that I filled in EDV application?

If I fill Burma..will it be conflict with question number 20 and 22?

Both of my parent were passed away.So do i still need to fill old address for them?

First off, I would never leave any fields blank in these documents, especially if you have the information. So, yes, I would fill in their address. Second, I am curious as to when you were notified that you won. I have a friend who is also a finalist to win the lottery, but he has not yet been notified of anything. Did you just learn of this, or has it been some time?

No, don't fill in their previous address - write in "deceased".

For your present address, write in your present address in Singapore.

I don't understand your question about your Burma address conflicting with questions 20 and 22.

20 is your Father's name, 22 is his address, I don't see the connection?
