We are getting close to our Consulate interview and checking over all our paperwork and noticed a requirement on the DS-156K.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE ATTACHED IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR A FIANCE(E) NONIMMIGRANT VISA.

Evidence of Engagement to Your Fiancé(e)

Any feedback on what exactly this document might be?

Has anyone ever been asked for such a document?

We will both have recently dated and signed copies of the "Fiance letter of intent" as well as photo, email, phone call, postmarked letter envelopes evidence of our ongoing relationship.

We just don't want to miss anything...

I had the receipt from my engagement ring with me, but I was never asked for it. She did ask me if the ring I was wearing was my engagement ring. I said yes, I guess that was all she needed.
