im gonna file for i-175 form this month , but i was really bussy till now, and all what i can get ready till now so far

is

1- filed tax jointly 2008 and 2009

2- joint bank account

3- birth certificate of our daughter

my name is not on the lease, or on any other utilities

as it was leased to us before i get my social security card.

but we lived togather in the same place since i came here.

and i get all my mail on the same address

no credit card together.

im awaiting your recommendations

another question please, i dont want to start another topic for it

do we send these evidences with the form or wait for them to ask for it

i mean do i send every thing along with the i-175 form in the same envelop , or wait till they ask for it and send it seperatly

Send photocopies with the I-751. Not much evidence, though; maybe affidavits from at least two friends or family, photos of the two of you together in different places..with daughter...they don't really require THAT much, though.

I would definitely add affidavits from your friends and to be on the safe side get them notarized. Also, do you have itineraries of any trips that you took together (or tickets). I would also add pictures, cell phone bill, medical, dental and life insurance, 401K? Also add pictures of you as a family! Good Luck!
