Might be wise to contact the USCIS ombudsman, en masse, to report a critical data error as a group.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

There are only 3 people asffected but they are the only people saying they got NOA1 on those 2 dates. I'm trying to grab the attention of more, everyone since is being processed. We rang and got fobbed off, told it can take "30 days," worse yet they say they cannot tell us if it's been "touched" - people who applied sibnce have had theirs touched! Now I'm not stupid and knopw that as we are accessing the data record on the government computers then this is not just for OUR benefit, the file has not been uploaded into the system so it will not ghet touched, it will not get lookewd at at all.

Pardon, I was serious in my post here. If yer having a reaction of incredulity about what I wrote, sorry - I didn't write what I did, to invoke that type of reaction.

The Ombudsman office is useful, and rarely accessible via 'ringing up' - IMO, if you present data from a 'group' and inquire about data errors and lost casefiles, via email, fax or postal mail - you'll get a response back.

I'm not sure if there are enough people on here to report en masse, I'm almost POSITIVE more will be affected but they won't be on this site. I'll private message those involved... I'm starting to think though we should cancel the application and reapply. I simply can't afford the delay, we need our visa processed fast (or within 8 months if possible) as are under a time limit to decide what country to live in. I just can't be stuck in the UK, my husbanmd's uni aplication cancelled just because my data is not being looked a5t as it is not on the computer.

Actually I doubt it's been looked at at all - they say their last recortd of it was the 19th May NOA, we are being fobbed off, please keep this topic bumped.

To add cases to your portfolio, please enter the application receipt number.

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

* Customer Portfolio Insert Failed

* Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number.

I have gone through everything and we are entering the data right. Please we are being fobbed off! I will not accept this "it can take 30 days" and "your file was accepted on the 19th" when asked when it was last accessed when people since have had touches! This is a catastrophe!

Yo just called their number again. Call them up and tell them your story again and have them email the Service Center where your application is at. You dont got to worry. Every thing is there. Just that are number might not be loaded into the online system. You can email the service center yourself and they should reply back to you fairly quickly.... As far as time goes, there no gaurantee that are petitions get approved within 6 months. Its just there own personal goal. You should give yourself at least a year for everything to be completed to be on the safe side...
