What was his official charge? Does he have to register as a sex offender on the public website? Do you have children? Does he have children?

Why did he not list it to start with on the papers?

He would need very compelling evidence on his side to get this approved

he was charged of possession of underage pornography basing his statement he is in low risk (tier 1),,no kids both parties and im single..this was his first offense and had no domestic violence neither to his exwives...do we need to worry about this? how about you, hows your case do we have the same prob? btw he did not check on 129f form coz his crime was not on the list.but he had his biometrics..so we are jst waiting for the decision this month hopefully they approved it..fingers crossed

I hate to break it to you, but it is not going to be so easy.

Also it took me a very long time to get any response after biometrics (see my timeline), he will probably need a lawyer. Unless he has a lot of evidence on his side .

I am an adam walsh filer, I dated a girl that was underage and we had a relationship.

My I-130 Petition and eventually my wife's CR-2 and her 2 yr old son's CR-2 were all approved within normal timelines. Petition in April 2009, NOA2s in August, NVC complete in October, Interview & Approval in November, POE in November.

I was convicted of Criminal Sexual Assault on a minor 24 years ago (when I was 16). The charge was not juvenile and is on my "adult" record. I was required to be registered for about 6 months back in 1996 when my state passed it's 3rd version of the SOR but have not been required to register since.

If you were not sent a request for evidence , or biometrics then you passed whatever check they run.
