Hello!

My friend recently went on vacation to the Dominican Republic and made a male friend. She is wondering what is the process for a Dominican to visit Canada or USA? Do you need a visa and how do you go about obtaining one?

Dominicans need a special turist visa to come to USA. if she wants him to come to USA she will have to make a pettition for him. at least thast for usa! :)
