Hi guys

what other supporting document do we need to provide other than the last 3 years of tax return?

btw, our co-sponsor has his own business, so he needs to provide his business income tax return, is that correct?

is there anywhere has detailed instruction for I-134 on visajourney.com ? I couldn't find it.

Thanks a lot, very appreciate

Chris

I would suggest a review of the I-864 instructions, as GUZ IV USES those guidelines and instructions on interview day, when reviewing the I-134.

Also, review all assets (once) to see if they qualify (or no) for inclusion. Usually, if income is high enough, assets not need to be included.

IMO, 75,000 in cash, in a CD or savings account, trumps all.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

appreciate your help. however, I don't see anywhere on I-134 form that could indicate it filled by co-sponsor, NOT the petitioner.

also, how to fill out question #3 on the I-134 as a co-sponsor?

or should I (petitioner) fill out I-134 form, and the co-sponsor fill out I-864 (since there is a checkbox could indicate as a co-sponsor)

is quite confusing.

THank you

no - both of you fill out an I-134. is seperate sets - one for you, one for the co-sponser.

OK then, what should I fill the question of "relationship to sponsor" for question #3 " this affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person" on I-134?

I filled "Fiancee" on my I-134, what about on the co-sponsor I-134?

THank you
