I-864A letter from employer question for K3 to AOS

I was hoping someone could tell me what exactly the letter from the employer has to look like and say.

I've read about it before a long time ago but can't locate the information now. Hubby has tried too & I'm frustrated trying to find it again.

We're on a time crunch because our co-sponsor is getting ready to leave on a vacation in a few days and will be out of touch for 27 days and we have to turn in our AOS packet before July 7th to avoid fees for a new medical.

Please if someone could help us locate where this information is exactly so we could read it for ourselves or if they could tell us what exactly the requirements are for the letter from employer that would be most helpful.

Thank you!

Just have them ask for an employment verification letter. I imagine most HR departments will know what you need. Regardless, here's what mine had:

Employer Name

Employee Name

Position Title

Position Type (exempt, part time, etc.)

Start Date, and indicating that I am currently still employed there

Salary information & how many hours I work per week

Contact Information for my HR department.

K-1
09/09/09 - NOA1 :: 10/20/09 - NOA2 :: 01/11/10 - Interview :: 02/24/10 - POE :: 04/10/10 - Wedding

AOS
05/17/10 - NOA :: 06/08/10 - Transferred to CSC :: 07/02/10 - Biometrics :: 07/16/10 - EAD/AP Approved :: 10/26/10 - AOS Approved

ROC
