Hi Everyone, I didn't release my mom's last name was wrong. She is widowed and her ID is different now and her last name i wrote it with double t. I called USCIS and they told me since the case was already approved i had to contact NVC after getting my NO2 hard copy. What to do?? NVC can fix it??

Give them a call. Sometimes the line is busy, but if you call every few seconds you will get through after a few minutes. They are open until 12AM midnight eastern time. If you want to talk to an operator, I believe you first press 2 because you don't want to talk about Haiti, either 1 for English or 2 for Spanish and then five for an operator. Sometimes there is a ten minute wait.
