Good moring all. I just filled out my I-134 and noticed that the expiration date on the form is 5/31/10. Our petition was approved early last month. Should I wait for a new version to come out before sending it to my fiance? I just checked the USCIS site this morning and it still has the same version. Thanks again for your help.

This date always throws people off, but a.) if it's the most recent one available for download, you're good and b.) they will often accept several 'versions' back - which are also listed on USCIS' site.

The 05/31/10 date is the OMB date (long story short, it doesn't mean the form is expired). The Edition date (found bottom-right of these forms) is the one to look for (which is 10/30/08).

The web-instructions say:

Edition Date :

10/30/2008. Prior versions are also acceptable.
