I feel obligated to help you find this information. But being a n00b, I cannot find it. I'm looking still. You helped me a lot and I cannot return the favour. My apologies, friend.

This is all I found:

issue date and place.

3. List all educational institutions you have attended. Please specify degree obtained, month and year.

4. List all occupation you have held. Please specify month and year. If you own a business organization, please list

that also. (Please Note: “Private Service”, “Government Service”, and “Business” are not acceptable answers. More

details are required.

5. List all political, social, charitable or professional organizations to which you have belonged over the past ten

years or more. Indicate how long you have been a member of each organization.

6. List all telephone numbers that you have previously used and also the one/s your are currently using.

7. List all previous residences from the age of sixteen. Please give full address and specify month and year. By

“residence” we mean, any location that you have lived in for 3 months or more.

8. List the names and dates of birth of all of your siblings (brothers/sisters).

9. Have you ever applied for citizenship of any country? If so, which country? Date of request? Status of

I swear and affirm that all the information provided above is true and correct. I also acknowledge that any

misleading or false statement may result in the permanent refusal of a visa or denial of entry to the United States

of America.

Thank you so much for the reply dude. Once case completes who will send me the interview letter? NVC or Dhaka Embassy? NVC received my Check List Response ( I didn't send Nikah Nama) 2 weeks ago. I am expecting my case to be complete within next 2 weeks. Do you happen to know some guide line for CR1 interview specific for Hhaka Embassy? Any Specific Documents we should bring during the Interview?

Many Thanks

I'm not sure who will send the interview letters. I would think it would be the embassy because it's on their time they are going to schedule the interview. This is me guessing. I don't know for sure. A big part of me wants to say its the embassy that will send you the interview letter because i think I read that somewhere. Wait for someone who has gone through this to respond.

Haven't received NOA2 yet. Good luck to you and yours. InshaAllah, everything will go smoothly. Don't stop posting here once you're gone. Imma be picking your mind a lot. :)

You are most welcome to ask me any questions you might have. Seems like I am slightly a head of you in terms of the process. So I will let u know every step I go through. Have your wife received the mail you sent her via USPS yet? How about PCC. In your previous post i read some smart guy told you that PCC takes 1 week to get. That's is completely lie. It will take way more than a week. I would strongly recommend you to work on PCC ASAP.

That's bruv. I explained to my wife to get the passport ASAP. Need the passport to get PCC. Even if it takes a week to get the PCC, I'm just gonna have her get it now. So it's one less thing to be worried about when it comes time. Her family has a pretty high up person in BD Police. So I'm hoping that'll be beneficial. if you stop posting on VJ, make sure to leave me a email or IM so I can contact you. I'll PM you my email now.

Wife didn't get the USPS mail yet. I'll go to post office Tuesday and see if I can track it down. I'm never using the regular mail again. Though FedEX costs so much.

I sent her basically my tax transcripts for 3 years. And I864EZ, W7 for ITIN number for tax. And I basically sent copies of I130, g325a that i submitted to USCIS.

What else should I send to her so she'll have it during interview.

Right now I'm trying to have copies of everything both in Bangladesh and in USA. So we don't have to mail anything back and forth.

Right now I'm trying to have copies of everything both in Bangladesh and in USA. So we don't have to mail anything back and forth.

Here is my list. Since I will be attending the interview with my wife, I will carry all these with me in person:

1) Tax return Transcript '07 & W2

2) Tax return Transcript '08 & W2

3) Join Tax Return (1040 EZ) '09 & W2 ( No Transcript yet. IRS Takes 3 months to process. Hope to have it before I leave)

4) Letter from IRS containing my wife's ITIN.

5) Western Union Money Transfer Receipts ( Past 9 months)

6) My Original Certificate Of Naturalization & a copy

7) Photocopy of my U.S Passport (Page Beginning-End Including blank pages)

8) Wedding Pics( 25)

9) Phone Call History (Past 5 Months from Jessore Land Line Office. Unable to get call history from Grammen Phone OR My U.S Metro PCS :( )

10) Online Confirmation Receipt (2) of Gifts I sent my wife ( 2010 valentines day, Her Birth Day)

11) copy of I 864 EZ, DS-230

12) ORIGINAL & a copy of our marriage certificate

13) ORIGINAL & a copy of our Nikah Nama (Bangla & English)

14) Copy Of PCC. (Original already submitted to NVC. If they loose it, I am screwed. Fingers crossed :)

15) Original & a copy of my wife's birth certificate.

16) Original & a copy of my wife's high school certificate (10 th grade)

We are married since August '09. I am worried since we do not have enough pics of the wedding party. We got married on the phone & I went to meet my wife in person on January 2010 for 14 days. Please let me know if anything else I should arrange for the interview.

Many Thanks.

I am not sure if you can get 2 PCC. Since you have someone to help you with this, you might be able to get it. Marriage Certificate & Nikah Nama are completely 2 different thing. The correct English term for Nikah nama is Marriage Contract Certificate. Ask your wife to go the Kazi who issued you Nikah Nama. get English Copy Of it.

P.S : ASK YOUR WIFE TO USE COLOR COPY EVERY WHERE POSSIBLE. IT REALLY DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE (PERSONAL EXPERIENCE)

I have Nikah Nama in both English and Bangla. Would this suffice? But it looks like the marriage certificate is something different. Or is marriage certificate just the English translation of Nikah Nama? If it's not, where do you get the marriage certificate. I'm sure the court. But when you go to the court, what do you ask for? I thought the kazi gave up the marriage certificate.
