Hi to everyone, I am a Filipina getting married soon to a US Citizen . I am divorce and have a 13 yr old daughter (dual citizen ,Japanese/Filipino ).

We are wondering what is the fastest way to do the Fiancee Visa or CR1 ?But correct me if im wrong ,i understand that if we do the fiancee visa my daughter will not come to me at the same time? I don't want my daughter to be left here Philippines , if we get marrried here and do the CR1 is it possible that me and my daughter can go to US at the same time ? One thing more ,do i need a permission to my ex husband for my daughter's travelling ?We have no more communication ,i don't know where he is .Please help ... Your inputs are gladly appreciated. Thanks in advance .God bless . . .

If you apply for a K-1 then your daughter can apply for a K-2 at the same time..... You future USC husband includes your daughter on the petition and after it is approved you and your daughter can apply for a visa at the same time. The same is also true if you get married and apply for a CR-1. Your future USC husband simply submits two I-130 petitions, one for you and one for her.

As for permission for your daughter... it is a country thing and you need a PI specific answer.

YMMV
