Question about I-751 form children question section

Hi,

My husband and I need to complete the I-751 forms and I had a question about one section for which

I was looking for clarification. There is a section asking for a list of children. I do not

know if this is to mean the children we have together (none) or any children that either of us have.

My husband has a 14 year old son who still lives in Costa Rica. He does not have any desire to

move here, visit perhaps, but we are not applying for him to get an additional permissions.

Perhaps I am interpreting the question too much, but I don't want them to think that we are omitting his

son's information if they want it.

Forms says ALL his children (he is the applicant not you)

Just list the child and indicate NOT IN USA

yes he has to include his child and put overseas
