Have a question. We are going to file in about 2 weeks the AOS for K-1 Visa. She had her medical in January of 2010. She did get a filled out DS 3025 from the doctor in Poland. We are wondering how many people filed for AOS without the I693 form but with just DS 3025 form included in the I485 application.

Dear Seb928s,

My wife had her DS 3025 done by a doctor in Warsaw and she was missing some vaccanations, be sure that she has all of them done before she leaves Poland. If you let me know I will compare her (my wifes) DS 3025 to what you have. I didn't want to take the chance of getting a RFE so we took our DS 3025 to a civil surgeon listed on USCIS website that was close to us. He didn't have a clue about what was going on and told us that we need more vacctionations so we walked out. I looked up the on-going list of civil surgeons that is listed on VJ and went to one someone else recommended. And they transcibed it for only $50 and they did it in about a day and didn't ask for a exam or anything else. Apparantly she had all of her vaccinations so we were good to go with the transcribed I693. We received our NOA for our AOS so we have to do her biometrics on June 15th.

Long story short, I would make sure her vaccinations are complete then get it transcribed from the DS 3025 to an I693 to avoid any problems.

Just my 2 cents.
