I agree with both sides and my qualm is not with the hate crime specifically. Rather, it's how and why so many Caucasians in America (not the case in other countries) are accused of hate crimes yet seldom the other way round. Or are you guys going to expect me to believe that while minorities commit a higher degree of crimes, they just don't commit hate crimes.

I have yet to see a 'convication' of a hate-crime against whitey.

I've seen a few try and push for the statute to be used, but rejected by left-loon white-guilt apologists.

I'm viewing news sources all over the country on a daily basis in the past couple of years and have yet to see an actual conviction against someone non-white. Even in cases where it's blatantly obvious.

As per usual, reading the Washington Post daily is simply not good enough but your opinion is what counts. I won't even bother asking for you to prove your opinion nor how my experience is wrong, since you have failed to do so for about five years now.

There was a recent case of a hate crime committed by a black person who targeted someone for being white. The law is color blind on the matter.

Actually that doesn't prove much.

My initial argument is that crimes committed against Caucasians do not get the equivalent status of hate crime, as when committed against a minority. If anything those stats illustrate that point exactly. Or are you going to expect me to believe that even though minorities have higher-crimes per capita in America, they are just not as hateful. Total blocks, as they have a greater incentive to be hateful, considering historical treatment.
