4 problems ON I-864 please help...Im filing for Adjustment of status for my husband on a k3

1.----------------------

I just started a new job in April 9th 2010 .I make 9.50 an hour.I moved to another city 3 hours away cause I bought a house.

I had a job for 2 years right before I left to new city making same money and left April 6 2010.

The problem now is.. for my current individual annual income what to I put? Number 23....

Do I put Last 2009 annual income OF 17115? Or what I will make at this new job at the end of THIS year?

I think my new boss calculated wrong I think at 9.50 an hour.. I calculated 18240 and he calculated 19760 at 9.50 an hour...whos right IM SO BAD IN MATH!!

Also do I submit pay stubs for THE OLD JOB OR NEW JOB OR BOTH?

I also have a sponsor and own a house.

Im so confused on that question!!

Problem 2.--------------------------

I have my co sponsor my brother which signed the I-864 in DECEMBER 9 2009.

Is this still valid? Its 5 months old..My husband went to the embassy in his country and they never asked for the support and the taxes are from 2008 not 2009.Can I still submit this? My brother ownes a business and he hasnt done his 2009 taxes yet.will mine be enough?

Problem 3.----------------

Number 8 dO I mark the answer YES? Or leave it blank?

Problem 4.------------------

Number 24 e question.....

Do I Leave it blank or put mu husbands name..We are on a k3 Adjustment of status form I-765..Hes here in the U.S

# 1. I would use your previous W2s and tax statements for 2009, 2008, 2007. For "current" salary, estimate what your annual salary will be with the new job.

# 2. I don't know about this one.

# 3. Mark the Yes.

# 4. Put your husband's name there.

I live in Florida too. We mail ours to the following address:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

P.O. Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120

I also used the example forms found here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples

2. I'm pretty sure the application asks for the most recent tax return, and I believe that co-sponsors have to send in the same information. So I'm pretty sure you will need his 2009 tax return as well as his previous ones.

I would also get him to sign a new form again when you send out the application.

I'm not too experienced however, with co-sponsors so maybe someone could come in and confirm for you

good luck!

To figure your income for I-864 for this year, multiply your hourly wage by 2080. So, 9.50 x 2080 = $19760.

The I-864 signed in December will be outdated. Not because of the time passed in quantity, but because we are now passed April 15th, and that means "latest tax year" for the affidavit you HAVE is 2008, but the "latest tax year" for the affidavit you NEED is 2009.

125% pverty level for a 2 person household is $18,212, so @ $19760, you should be okay on your own....
