Hi All,

I have been checking my status on USCIS very often every since we got our NOA1.And was VERY HAPPY to see the status of our application change from "Initial Review" to "Post-decision Activity" a couple of days ago on the USCIS site. But no communication from USCIS.

It also said that

On May 19, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

Even after 8 days we havnt received an email or a hardcopy from them about approved NOA2 yet.

Any clue guys ? Or am i just getting impatient ?

Thanks in advance,

M

it means you are approved. If you do not get the hardcopy in two weeks call the USCIS, you'll need the NOA2 for the AOS stage
