The Army is investigating a soldier who posted a video on Facebook taunting Iraqi children, asking if they're gay and if they're going to "grow up to be a terrorist."

The 30-second video was posted by Fort Wainwright, Alaska-based Spec. Robert Rodriguez. It's unclear if he shot the clip or just posted it, officials said.

"The incident is currently under investigation, and the Army will take appropriate action based on the findings of the investigation," Army spokesman Maj. Bill Coppernoll said.

He called the video "disgraceful and clearly inconsistent" with U.S. military standards.

It shows U.S. soldiers on patrol, asking two young boys if they're gay, if they perform certain sex acts and if they want to be terrorists.

The boys, who don't appear to understand English, give the soldiers a thumbs-up. WRAL in Raleigh, N.C. first aired the clip before Rodriguez's Facebook page was made private.

The posting was titled "future gay terrorist!" and included the comment, "i got bored in iraq ... so I kept myself entertained!"

A voice is heard asking the boys, "Are you going to grow up to be a terrorist?" When the boys show two thumbs up, the voice on the video says, "Yeah. All right. Cool. Yeah, terrorist."

That was a dumb video and it's stupid to mess with kids especially if they don't speak English. Is it worse than living in a warzone, no but it makes the soldiers who made the video look more immature than the kids.
