Okay guys, my packet I-129F has been recieved as I confirmed this through the USPS website. Now what is next on the list? What do i need to be doing and looking out for? When can i start using the uscis website for updates?? Any info helps, thanks everyone!!!

K1 Time Line

2/24/2009 - Met Sobia

3/09/2010 - Traveled to Pakistan for 6 weeks for engagement

5/21/2010 - I-129F Sent to Vermont

5/27/2010 - NOA1 hardcopy recieved

6/25/2010 - Recieved email confirmation that I-129F has been approved

7/03/2010 - NOA2 hardcopy recieved

7/16/2010 - NVC Recieved Petition

7/21/2010 - Recieved packet 3 electronically from Islamabad,Pakistan Embassy

10/8/2010 - Medical examination- Clear

10/18/2010- Interview at Islamabad Embassy- Put into AP

Wait for your NOA1 to arrive. It will have the number you need to enter at the website to track your case. Now go read the guides about five times. You're in for a wait, during which you'll be starting to prepare financial stuff for the embassy stage, like calling the IRS to order tax transcripts. After you get the NOA1, the next thing you'll receive is the NOA2. It can take just a month, or as many as six months to receive it--as long as you don't get an RFE.

Continue to collect evidence of your relationship and records of communication, visits, etc.

yep as the above comment stated, wait for ur NOA1 (application receipt notice) meaning ur file has been entered to their system and u should make sure that ur NOA1 has the correct info on it. NOA1 shouldn't take more than a month to receive but NOA2 which is the approval notice takes a loooooooong time. if u're lucky enough it'll b in 2 months but it can go upto 6 months.

read the guides on visajourney and get to know the website coz trust me it'll come in handy once u get ur approval notice. the real game begins after u get ur NOA2 so it's b8r to prepare urself ahead of time.

2010-04-19: approved online wohoooo

2010-04-24: NOA2 hardcopy received

2010-04-26: gave 2 email addresses and assigned case #

2010-04-27: received/sent ds3032, AOS bill

2010-05-01: IV bill became available online/paid

2010-05-06: sent in DS230 package via express mail 9:07am

2010-05-11: NVC acknowledges the receipt of AOS on 05/05

2010-05-13: operator told me that AOS sent to supervisor for review....

2010-05-14: AVR changes to received the checklist letter response on 5/13

2010-05-23: RFE for original birth cert. (i did sent original).......arghhh

2010-05-24: BC under review by some department

2010-06-02: sent in original BC again and previous BC is still under review

2010-06-10: NVC recognizes BC into their system

2010-06-15: BC under review

2010-06-21: SIF!!!!!omggggg soo happy 57 days in NVC process

2010-06-28: interview on Aug. 19, 8am.

2010-08-19: interview went fine but he's put into AP :(

2011-01-09: almost 5 months in AP "still pending"

2011-02-06: 5 and half months and still counting......when is this torture going to end....

2011-02-20: 6 months still no answer..........

2011-03-08: more than 200 days passed in AP..................(

2011-03-24: visa has been issued today. hurayyyyyyyyyy finally wait is overrrr.

2011-03-26: got the passport wohoooo
