I don't understand why the I-129F's are taking so long to process? It's been over 120 days. If anybody has advice or are in the same situation, please let me know... Thank You! Your response is appreciated very much!

Almost all the delays are due to IMBRA. If you post your timeline, we'll be able to tell you if that is why yours is also delayed. You should also read about the IMBRA law on the IMBRA forum and that will explain a little more. You are not alone . . .

You're probably caught in the IMBRA mess. I take it you filed in March, right? After March 6, petitioner should answer some questions about whether the petitioner and the beneficiary met through an international marriage broker and criminal convictions. IMBRA also deals with multiple K1 petitions filed within a short period of time. So, you probably used a form that didn't contain the IMBRA questions and they'll send you an RFE (request for evidence) so you can comply with the law. It takes quite some time. Have you paid by check? If so and if it's been already cashed, you can check for online updates before you even get a NOA1. You'll see the instructions here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...c=22852&hl=

Furthermore, it seems you filed with TSC. All 1-129f's filed there have been transferred to CSC. Have you gotten a notice of the transfer?
