What visa did you arrive on? When was it issued?

Most likely the quickest way is to have the USC stepparent submit an I-130 for him but that will depend on your answers

did you come here as a k1/k3? did your husband include your son's name in application when he petitioned for you? even if he did, since it's been 18 months now, you/he will need to apply using I-130. go to the home page click on "forums" then "bringing relatives to the us..." and on www.uscis.gov, search for "bringing relatives..." you will see all the forms/requirements and instructions on how to do it.

i came here in US as K1 visa...yes my husband include my son in the petion when he petion me...

If it has been more than a year since your K-1 was issued then then only way to get him here is via an I-130 petition.... The USC spouse should be the petitioner ....

YMMV
