If you are submitting it to USCIS along with the I-129F petition, it must be translated into English. However those types of documents are not needed by USCIS for ajudication of the I-129F.

Proof of an ongoing relationship is required for the Embassy/Consulate interview.

Some people suggest if you have a very difficult Embassy/Consulate to deal with, then you might want to send those documents along with the I-129F petition. Then they might be forwarded to the Embassy/Consulate. There is one member that says Ecuador is Extremely difficult as are many Sub-Sahara African Embassies and some Middle Eastern and Northern African Embassies/Consulates.

Good luck

The items can be included with the initial petition untranslated.. the USCIS wont kick the petition back because there are documents that are not required which are not translated... I cant see a USCIS worker kicking the file back because there is something in there they cant read, hen every one of the requirements on the checklist have already been met through other proof/documentation provided.

it can be a good way to get evidence in the file that would otherwise be discounted or refused by the CO at the interview.... It all depends on the consulate and the possible red flags that may exist in the case... an easy consulate and simple case would not need this type of additional frontloading..

I know the embassy in Bogota will accept Englishor spanish documents. All the paperwork they gave us to fill out was in Spanish. I would try to include some evidence in English for the I29f packet but, at the embassy they will accept the spanish version. Good luck I just finished our second interview with her visa being approved. If I can help just PM me.
