When filing the I-864 at AOS she would no longer be your fiancee but your wife so it still applies!

There are no particular guides for the I-134 used for fiancees. They usually use the guidelines for the I-864. For military it is 100%. They go by GROSS income.

When filing the I-864 at AOS she would no longer be your fiancee but your wife so it still applies!

Ture, when filing the AOS she will be your wife and no longer the fiancee. The guideline for military is 100% in either case.
