Where as this place: http://www.vsattui.com/ probably has 100 illegal employees at least.... at 10,000 a pop thats a fine of what? 1 million. That would pay for 5 ICE officials + overhead for a year.

Not to change the subject, but a large portion of the M.M.S. (Minerals Management Service) operating budget comes from fines levied against the oil companies for violations of the law.

Think of the possibilities if I.C.E. was run in this same fashion as M.M.S. is.
