AOS packet Question ??

Hi All , myself and my husband have just sent our AOS packet in and it was received this am by USCIS. What I would like to know is what happens next or what should we expect ? Also we have opted in for the email notifications , but is there somewhere else where we can check to see how far the process is, like there was for the K1 ?? Thank for any help Dorothy

Wait for the NOA. You will recieve it in a week or so. Then you can sign up for case updates here https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do using the receipt number from your NOA.

Once you get your NOA's you will get your biometrics appointment shortly after. Then hopefully you get notice of transfer to CSC or notice of interview. You might also get notice of EAD and AP if you filed for them. You can track your receipts the same way you tracked the k1 on the USCIS website. Good luck on your journey.

Yeah , it seems so , but Im sure this will happen fast , it seems to on others timelines. Im in MD , where are you ? And the adjustment had been amazing and the best thing I ever did It was worth all the bllod , sweat and tears to be here at last, and married to my angel How are you two doing ?
