Change of address

Heres the deal i am buying a new house and will be moving next month,im keeping my town house and leasing it.I have not got NOA 2 yet. Should i report my change of address or will it slow the process down?Its no problem to leave my mail at old adresss as its my sister leasing my town house from me so i still can recieve mail at old address.Should i report change of address now or wait till after Ivy gets here and we married?

You should (or I would) report the change - it won't slow anything down. If the change goes through in a timely manner, you'll get the NOA2 at your new address - if not, you're covered in case it goes to the old (townhouse) address.

If you will have access to your mail, you don't really need to inform them yet.
