Inexpensive hotel near St. Lukes

Hello fellow members,

Can anybody here recommend any inexpensive hotel, inn or pensionne house close to St. Lukes and US embassy that is less than 2,000 .00 per day? if there is any?

I have stayed here (SOUTHERN CROSS HOTEL M.H. DEL PILAR ST ERMITA MANILA )

a few times and its a great Hotel for the price. The rooms very in price

but I think around 1400 at the low end. The tel number was (63)2 521 2013.

About 1 block from Embassy.. Around the corner from Swagman.

It is small, clean and safe with controlled access to the rooms.

My friend always stays at the Swagman. I put Claudeth and her Mom up in the Bayview and it wasn't all that expensive.

Try Hotel Soriente, I think its 1,500 pesos per night.

Thank you all. We found an inexpensive hotel called ISEYA hotel for 1,450 per nyt family room.Also close to US embassy and St. Lukes.
