Hi VJ members!!!

I dont have idea about the fiance petition. Please I need your help for guidance and advices about this matter. Fiance was filed last April,2010 the petition papers, then He received the case No. 1st week of May,2010

. As base on your experience or knowledge after the issuance of case no.

what is the next step happen?

How many days usual timeline from USCIS to NVC to Manila embassy?

What are papers prepare in advance for interview?

What are the documents should forward to me from my fiance?

Like Sweet Angel said, "Read the guides"...

Even better direct your Fiancé to this site and have him read the guides also.

Preparing for the next steps is something you can do together and if both parties understand the process it will be less stressful.


Must have info for bringing your Philippine wife/fiancee's child to the US

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

12-19-09 got the approval email and text !!!!!
