Hi Guys!

Need Help. My interview is this coming May 17. Until now I still havent received the parcel (the documents I needed at the interview) from my fiance.

Anyway, my main problem is I was informed that from the parcel being sent to me - My fiance was not able

to include HIS original birth certificate plus the NOA2 Letter etc.

Is this going to be a problem if I dont have these docs on my interview at USEM?

No worries as they don't ask for the petitioner's birth certificate during the interview. It's not one of the documents that you have to submit.

Oh! Thank Heavens! Was already getting crazy about the parcel not being sent on time and now

the originals not included.

Good thing its not required. Thanks so much for replying!

I took my our NOA2 and my original BC with me for my finacee. The NOA2 was not a requirment and they never asked to see my original BC.

You may be fine - try not to stress to much about it - if it ends up being an issue it would be easy enough to address.

Good Luck!
