I want to fly back to Russia on the 20th of May and coming back on the 20 of June and i applied for travel document for advance parole, and it was on hold cause of initial of evidence of my I-485. Thats been done and my I-485 is pending.

Today I received this message on the website of USCIS:

Post-Decision Activity

On April 29, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Once its approved what is the next thing i need to do? Hopefully i can go to Russia on the 20th this month. Help thanks

My understanding is that you wait to get your travel document in the mail.

Yep - once you get the AP in hand, your good to go.

(take both copies with you) - you will use them on the return at CBP(POE)

It will usually take 4 days. Under my calculation, you will get it tomorrow.

My wife got her I-512L Authorization for advance Parole (2 of them) and her flight to Moscow is today and returning on the 29th of June. What does she needs to do when she gets into the airport with these papers?
