I have applied for citizenship at the beginning of March and my checked was cashed around the end of March . Today is April 30th and I haven’t received any mail or receipt number.

I have called to 800 number and they told I they have sent me the receipt and the other form for fingerprinting but I haven’t received any forms or letters. They gave me the receipt number by phone though.

After 4 times being on phone with 6 people I have found out that they sent my documents to a wrong POBOX !!! and they cant send them again to me? is that possible? Im going to do my finger prints without any papers next week , but I think I would need the forms and letters which should be send to me but with a misspelled by a employee there I haven’t received them.

What is your suggestion and what can I do?

Please let me know ,

Thanks

Sarah

Without the biometrics appointment - I don't think they will process your biometrics.

Schedule an infopass and see if they provide you with a solution or can produce copies of those documents... don't know what they are capable of but it is worth trying.

Wait, their fault and they still won't issue a copy of the receipt?

Make an infopass and show them the copy of N400 you filed with the correct PO Box number. That should get you a copy of NOA1.

If that doesn't work, get your congressman on the case, you don't want all other notices not being delivered to you through the USCIS fault.

You definitely need to make an infopass and see what can be done for you. Don't delay, do it right away!
