Just a quick question about #31 on the DS-156 form concerning visa refusals.

My fiancee was denied an extension on a previous B2 visa and had to leave the country...does this count as a visa refusal?

I don't want her to put the wrong thing on this one and if she doesn't have to put NO it looks better Im guessing.

I would vote Yes.
