While I sort out forms, I need to give my wife in China a homework assignment!

VACINATIONS!

Can anyone give a list of what vaccinations my wife should have? She has her birth certificate, and passport. We will wait to have police check done until she is asked. I just try to think of things she can do while we wait! She is a school teacher, so might be forced to have these shots already, but just in case, she needs a homework assignment!

it's in the medical packet.

go here -> http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/forms_and_packets.htm

and look at IV Appointment Packet (“Packet 4”) section

All the medical forms are there.

Remember - vaccinations are age-specific.

re: police clearance thingie - suggest she gets it when she has the interview appointment letter.
