Potential change of address during K1 process...

Hey guys,

So we're starting to get ready to file soon and had a question - the house Andy, the USC in our case, is living in, he may not be in very much longer. He'll likely still be there when we send in the I-129f package, but we aren't sure how long after that he'll have to move. Rather than try to keep up with sending new addresses so things are delivered to the wrong place and back and forth, could he rent a PO box for the process?

We were thinking to put his current address on the forms, but then attach a supplementary sheet explaining the moving situation and we would like to have items sent to the PO box instead. My question then is how would we write that? I don't want them to not see it. We plan on giving them the address he is at and when he does move, giving them the new one; we just want the PO box to prevent lag from things being delivered to the wrong location.

Also, on the cover letter/envelope would we then put the PO box address as a return address or his normal address? It's something so little but we need help on the details.

I was (and still am) abroad when I filed our I-129F, and simply used the address of a good friend in the U.S. that I could rely upon to send me our NOA1, NOA2, and letter from the NVC.

If you have family or friends you can do the same with, then I would go that way. No one else is chiming in, but I believe you cannot use a P.O. Box for a physical address. If I'm wrong, someone will correct me.

Worst case, use a proxy address.

I'm just not sure if we could because he isn't abroad and has his own address - and the closest family we even could use are about 4 hours away from him, so it's plausible but not the easiest solution.

We wouldn't use the PO box as his address, we would provide his address; we would just want to use it for mailing purposes. I can't seem to find any information on USCIS site or searching forums here on whether or not this can/has been done.
