We're working on our AOS paper work and on the I-131 Application for Travel Document on the first page it says

Note: If you are in the United States and wish to travel abroad, you do not need to apply for advance parole if both conditions described below in A and B are met:

A. You are in one of the following nonimmigrant categories:

1. An H-1, temporary worker, or H-4, spouse or child of an H-1; or

2. An L-1, intracompany transferee, or L-2, spouse or child of L-1; or

3. A K-3 spouse, or K-4, child of U.S. citizen; or

4. A V-2, spouse, or V-3, child of a lawful permanent resident; and

B. Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, was filed on your behalf and is pending with USCIS.

However upon returning to the United States, you must present your valid H, L, K, or V nonimmigrant visa and continue to remain eligible for that status.

Does this mean we don't have to apply for Advance Parole because the K3 visa is a multi-entry visa anyways?

I was just reading on USCIS's website too and it says the only time a K3 needs to apply for advance parole is when their K3 visa expires while waiting for the AOS.

Advance Parole for K-3 or K-4 Family Members

Applicants presently in the United States in a K-3 or K-4 nonimmigrant classification may travel outside the United States and return using their nonimmigrant K-3 or K-4 nonimmigrant visa. The only time advance parole is necessary is if the K-3 or K-4 nonimmigrant status has expired and the applicant has an adjustment of status application that remains pending.

I thought I should include that information as well: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=254a3e4d77d73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=254a3e4d77d73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD
