Timeline

Just wondering if there is any other VJ members applying for the CR-1 visa going through Vermont ? My NOA1 date is March 5th, 2010 and in my timeline there is no approximate date of possible approval. :wacko:

Submitted I-130 February 22, 2010

NOA 1 March 3, 2010

Touched March 8, 2010

Touched June, 28,2010

RFE June 30, 2010

RFE sent in July 16,2010

RFE received in California July 19, 2010

NOA 2 July 28, 2010

NVC received case file August 3, 2010

NVC case number August 4, 2010

Emailed DS-3032 and opted in for Email filing August 5, 2010

Called NVC to give email addys August 6, 2010

Optin Accepted August 6, 2010

Paid AOS bill August 12, 2010

Emailed DS-3032 and opted in for Email filing August 5, 2010

Received AOS bill August 12, 2010

Hi, The NOA1 takes a week only but the NOA2 maximum date is 5 months. so u have to wait when u will receive it. here is the website where u can check ur status

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do

write ur receipt num.. example WAC plus 10 digits.. omit the dash sign..

Timeline

I check every day morning and night. I had just noticed from looking at different postings on here, that there is very few people going through the Vermont office. I guess I had been hoping to find some others like me, to see how their progress is going along. It seems that alot of people go through the California office.
