Changing my passport will take 6 to 8 weeks and my flight will be in 2 weeks! Stupid me did not think about putting it on my maiden name. And I called the Philippine Consulate and told me to get a Certificate of one and thesame person. I hope this one works.

I just mailed the requirements for certificate of one and the same person at Philippine Consulate. So ill be bringing my passport(with maiden name on it) greencard(married name) state id(married name) marriage certificate, birth certificate and the Certificate of one and the same person. I pray it will be ok.

When did they start this? Both of ours were punched last year...

My wife did her passport renewal back in Feb. Maybe it varies by consulate (LA in our case), the last time we talked on this I pulled my wife's old passport from the safe expecting it to have a hole in it (I have seen others with holes in them) but there was only a cancelled stamp on the BIO page, no hole.
