ok on the part 2 of this DS 230 number 39 it states to put the name and address of the petitioner there is it my husbands info cos he is filling it out or does he put mine cos i am the petitioner all around for this application... thank you for answering

The intending immigrant is the beneficiary.

03/27/2009: Engaged in Ithaca, New York.
08/17/2009: Wedding in Calcutta, India.
09/29/2009: I-130 NOA1
01/25/2010: I-130 NOA2
03/23/2010: Case completed.
05/12/2010: CR-1 interview at Mumbai, India.
05/20/2010: US Entry, Chicago.
03/01/2012: ROC NOA1.
03/26/2012: Biometrics completed.
12/07/2012: 10 year card production ordered.

09/25/2013: N-400 NOA1

10/16/2013: Biometrics completed

12/03/2013: Interview

12/20/2013: Oath ceremony

Petitioner is the person who is asking for the Alien Relative to come to the USA.

Example USA citizen is the PETITIONER who is asking permission or filing for the Moroccan husband/Fiancee either a 129F (Fiancee visa or I-130 for spouse/relative).. The Moroccan Fiancee/Husband is the Beneficiary. He "BENEFITS" from the petition by recieving a visa.

Make sure he does not sign the second part of the DS-230...i understand NVC will forward this form to the Moroccan/US Consulate-Embassy and they will have him to sign this part 2 in person to witness his signature.....Hope this helps.
