Well, on those same lines, you might be able to hire someone to sell their likeness for a couple million. That is, they claim the prize and turn it over to you minus a couple million for their trouble. It wouldn't really have to be a double.

I don't think you can do that. I know that even a lawyer is not allowed. The actual ticket holder must present themselves to claim the money...
