We are finishing (I hope) our application for AOS and two questions arose that I am uncertain to the answer.

1. If she entered the US on a K-1, and we are now married, have SS number - is one of the numbers on the I-94 or Visa an alien registration number?

2. I submitted with her K-1 application a support form I-134A affidavid of support - do I now need to submit an I-864 affidavid of support? And if I do, if I send my 2009 Tax Return and copies of current pay stubs, will that meet the requirements?

Yes, her I-94 will have her A# on it. Usually says A0xxxxxxx depending on how the person at your POE wrote it. It should also be on the visa itself and on your NOA2, above her name.

Yes you will need to do the I-864 as its the binding support document. You only need to send 1 year of taxes, but must have filed 3 (unless there was a reason you didn't...like being a student or something.) They may ask to see the other ones later on if they decide your documentation isn't enough. We sent 3 years of transcripts when we did it just to make sure we wouldn't have to worry about it later.
