I thought a letter from friends would be sufficient. The 'sworn affidavit' available here, (example), is the correct way for the letters from friends? thanks......

Correction - notarization is not required but suggested. I've read several people's posts that they did not notarize their affidavits and they never got back a complaint. I, on the other hand, did notarize the two affidavits I sent with my application...

This is one of the topics that has been discussed but it really ends up being a personal preference and what the most comfortable option to that person is....

This information is from an immigration lawyer that I have worked with. He never sends any sworn affidavits/friend letters with his I751 package and all of them have been approved without interview. He some times just sends letters written and signed by friends and they are not notarized!
