We sent off our I-130/I-485/I-765 last week. I sent it all in the same package. I had one overall cover letter and a cover letter for each petition/application.

I got an email yesterday stating that my petition/application was accepted, and the email included one receipt. I checked it this morning and it did not show up yet. But I just checked it again and it shows that my I-130 is in initial review.

I sent three separate checks of $355, $930, and $80. So far, none have been cashed.

I know I'm probably being paranoid. I know the I-130 has to be approved before the I-485 can go into review, but I'm nervous because I see so many people saying they have received all 3 NOAs.

Is it possible that they would accept the I-130 but reject the I-485/I-765?

Just wait until tomorrow. It is possible not all NOAs have been entered into the system. Are you a US citizen petitioning for a spouse? If thats the case then the I-130 and I-485 have to be accepted together. Just wait to see if the checks clear.

Thanks! About noon today my bank showed that all three checks were cashed, so I guess that means the I-485 and I-765 were accepted with the I-130.

My I-485 and I-765 have both already been approved, but the I-130's status has not been updated since December. It still says it's on the second step (Initial Review). Quite odd, their online status system obviously isn't perfect/accurate.

This is bizarre. I just recieved 5 new emails. They were all dated within seconds of each other on 4/20/10 just like the one email I actually received on that day. I don't know if the glitch was with USCIS outgoing mail delivery or with my email server incoming mail delivery. Anyway, all together I have 6 emails. Three are just repeats of the others.

Regardless, I now have all three NOAs via email. I'm just waiting on the hard copies. Meanwhile, I signed up with USCIS and see that all three files were touched today. This is so much fun.
