Hey all,

So I downloaded all the forms for the CR1 Visa process . Maybe you can confirm that all we need are :

- I130

- G325a filled out by my wife

- G325a filled out by me

- I864 by my wife

- I864 by joint sponsor

- DS-230

- 1 picture of my future wife , 3 of me

That should be all the documents to start with correct ?

Now first of all how do we go about my wife accepting my name ? We want to send the petition right after our wedding so we do not lose any time, so we would file with her current last name.

So Now for filing :

1. First we send the Petition I130 together with the 2x G325a

So for the form I130 I have the following questions :

- 21. If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together.

What can I put here as we have not lived together before. Will this ´most likely cause RFE although with all the visa restrictions it is actually not really easy to live together before the whole process is finished.

Now for form G325a :

- Date of birth of parents and City and Country of residence:

What if one does not know this date can we leave this empty (N/A) or will that cause delays or won't they even process the petition because of this ?

- This form is submitted in connection with an application for

Which box would I have to check here for the CR1 ?(naturalization?)

Since she will be living with relatives until after our marriage is it sufficient that her last name is on the mailbox or does it have to state the full name ?

For the bona fida evidence :

- My parents and I will visit her in May, she will fly back with us and we will travel Europe together before we fly to our wedding/honeymoon.

Is it enough to send pictures of all of us together,us in europe, our wedding, honeymoon ? I also send her two packages were I have proof of delivery. I visited her again in Feb as well. Will this be enough or what else should i send ?

We mostly skype but I do not want to send all kinds of private conversations neither.

Thank you all so so much in advance !
