FORM I-134 Affidavit of Support,Tax Retuns...

Here are the questions:

1.The I-134 form is dated march 8 2010,is that OK? or we have to get another one?

2.In the I-134 form my fiance fill no 3.This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person:with my name including our daughter. but in the no. 8.The following person are dependent upon me for support,he answered NONE.Is that correct??or he should put me and our daughter there???

3.I just noticed that the Tax Returns he sent are incomplete 2004-2008,the 2009 is missing instead he sent me his Social Security Statement dated Sept.1, 2009.Will i need to ask him to send me the 2009 tax return?or will this SS statement OK?

1. I think there will be no problem with the date cuz it's just over a month since your fiance filled out the form.

2. My fiance typed my name on the blank in question # 3. As for # 8 question, he wrote his 2 kids' names. He didn't include me. As for your situation, it's different from mine, try to use the search engine to look for other threads similar to your question.

3. I brought along my fiance's social security statement during the interview but they didn't look at it. The CO only asked for the 2009 tax return which I was not able to provide (fiance thought that his W2 for the last 3 years and social security statement would suffice). The CO then told me that a scanned copy would be fine. Just ask your fiance to send you thru email a scanned cpy of his 2009 tax return.

2009 Tax Returns were not due until April 15th of this month. Some people will do a extension and not have to file until October 15th of 2010.

This is the time of the year that is grey area and CO's would like to see the 2009 tax returns, but if they are not completed by now it is not out of the ordinary....

i could just answer number 3 since we used SS statement from k1 application to aos and we were fine. (we only had 2007, 2008 tax and SSS)on the other hand, it may also depend on CO as i've read one case here who had SSS too but insisted on 2009 itr. SS statement is a yearly statement that has all the USC's income even dating back decades ago so i would say its a solid record of his/her earnings all through the years. I hope it will be accepted for you.
