Don't mean to scare anyone, but look at my timeline. I got an email today from USCIS saying I would receive a decision soon. Soon compared to what? This whole process has been a total joke.

11/10/09 - K1 NOA1 date
4/22/10 - NOA2 mailed
7/21/10 - interview
8/27/10 - arrival in US
9/4/10 - wedding
10/2/10 - sent off AoS pack
12/27/10 - GC interview (approved)
10/09/12 - mailed application I-751
10/11/12 - NOA for I-175

4/23/13 - I-175 approved

I completely agree. A complete and utter joke with absolutely with no accountability. I would guess that your letter was computer generated and the only positive thing it might have done was notify a supervisor that one of their employees is "overloaded" with work. I am sorry that you are having to endure this.

12/28/09- Sent packet to VSC FedEx Priority overnight

12/29/09- VSC received and issued NOA1

01/03/10- Touched

04/20/10- NOA2!!!! Finally. No touch Straight to NOA2

04/22/10- NVC Received

04/23/10- NVC forwarded to Embassy in Kiev

04/26/10-Embassy in Kief Received

04/30/10-Embassy entered in System

06/07/10- Medical scheduled

06/09/10- Interview scheduled

06/09/10-APPROVED!!!

06/24/10-POE Newark

08/28/10-Married to my love, Allie
