Lucky, i was touched last on 01 AUGUST 2006 now rather more curious to be approved rather being touched as i see my other brothers and sisters are being approved slow and steadily the tortoise had not won the race yet

Considering how things have gone for the past two weeks, I will really be interested to see what happens on Monday and Tuesday of next week. I am hopeful!!!

Could someone tell me what you all mean by being "touched" by USCIS. As far as my case goes, they sent an eMail that they were mailing IMBRA RFE, and another eMail that they received IMBRA RFE, and that's the only contact I have received.

Could someone tell me what you all mean by being "touched" by USCIS. As far as my case goes, they sent an eMail that they were mailing IMBRA RFE, and another eMail that they received IMBRA RFE, and that's the only contact I have received.

If you login to the USCIS web site and look at your case, sometimes the date will change. This indicates someone has done something with your case. Your status will often stay the same, so you will not get an email about it.

So... there are obsessive people like me that login several times a day to check the date.
