I am getting nervous now as I saw that some march filers are TOUCHED and knowing that we are almost there too..

Now as i read some topics in the forum, I recognized that there are lots of issues on our case.

1) age difference - i think we got evidence to prove our bona fide relationship ( cards that i sent to him, telephone bills, chatlogs, skype calls record, pictures of us together) but he just visited me once but stayed for almost 2 months.

2) IMBRA - we met each other in dating site FILIPINAHEART.com and i wonder if this would be an issue. But converstaion took place on yahoo, emails and telephone calls.

3) date of G325A- We signed the forms few months before he sent the package and the pictures was taken same date as those forms are signed but just put dates few days before the package was sent ( will it e considered as fraud, cos pictures are not 30 days before filing?) :bonk:

4)declaration of meeting- as i read his declaration of meeting, the date of our meeting must be 09/04/2009 to 11/17/2009 but instead he put 09/02/2009 to 11/18/2009. he included the day he departed and arrived to US. :(

5) INcome- My fiance source of income is only his pension and some dividends but it is 125% above poverty line. i found out that one VJers was refused of getting her visa cos her fiance is just getting pension and CO said pension is not income?

Now, i need Comments or suggestions regarding this matter
