well she has her interview next week on the final papers to fill out for here it says she needs to bring proof of finacial support

i thought i had done this she has copies of my last tax returns but what does one do for evidence of fianacial support???

Since your doing the I-134 - it requires some things, you pick which to send.

Most people send the letter from the employer, that states your type of employment, salary, date of employment.

Most embassies require tax information (in the form of transcripts, or copies of your return/w-2/1099 as appropriate). *usualy one year (most recent) but sometimes 3 years)

I hope you included your W-2/1099's as appropriate with your returns, you need all of it to work. (which is why transcripts are preferred)

Moving to embassy from k-1- 134 question.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
