Hi Guys

We applied for my AOS & Work visa in February, i since attended the biometrics

there they said we would here from USCIS in a couple of weeks, we have today

they say they have passed our application to their CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER

location for processing is this normal???

Petitions get transferred to CSC when USCIS thinks they can finish processing your case without having an interview. Lots of people get transferred, so yes, that is normal.

As Alex and Astrid said, yes, this is entirely normal. It happened to us. It likely means "no interview", which is a good thing. :) Won't be long now!
