Steve, there are over 300 million people in this country close to half can relate to the Tea Party crowd... how many people wrote her?

First of all, I'd like to see you prove that number. Second, these threats that are being investigated aren't an indictment on the Tea Party necessarily, but an indication that their rhetoric is helping to create an environment where these extremists believe they're actions are both supported and justified. Where are the statements of denouncement from leaders like Palin or Bachman? Beck? Limbaugh? Boehner?

I love the selective outrage. I love the fact that the CBC walked through the crowd, hoping for a response, and getting none, fabricated a lie, that can't be substantiated, despite cameras rolling, and numerous personal recording devices present.

If only you could understand the concept that your claims to know 'facts' which you can't possibly know "hoping for a response, and getting none, fabricated a lie" are all things you could not possibly have the foggiest idea are facts, are leading you to continuously reach unsubstantiated conclusions.

There is no selective outrage going on. There are right wing claims, looped redundantly on Faux News and extremist blogs, which you regurgitate with regular abandon here.

If the left actually had any balls, this could be frightening.

The same place as the "denouncements" were when Bush, Rove and Cheney were under attack.

Imagine if some Right wing group not only failed to "denounce" letters written by some kook but instead they made a docudrama about Obamer or one of the other Progressives being assassinated.... how would you digest that?

It happened to Bush with no outrage at all and very little coverage.

Now Look steve you are under some impression that we should all hold hands and be equally concerned when some high powered Left-wing Politician is under threat..... Sorry Pal, I am more concerned for the skin of people "I want in office".

We are long past the days when everyone cried when Kennedy was killed.

One exception; THE LAST THING I WOULD WANT IS FOR SOME CRACK POT TO ATTEMPT TO KNOCK OFF OBAMA... the last thing we need is another "slain hero".

From here on out, the only persons we should expect non-partisan concern in these matters is law enforcement.
